The normal procedure for custom development of a software product by us is as follows:
- Look around at our current and future products to check on the type of software that is currently under development, you may find that we have already developed a similar product that would suit your needs.
- Contact us at
with your exact requirements - The more detail you can provide the better!
- After an initial discussion with you, the client, we will provide an *estimate on the time and cost involved in developing the software.
- An advance payment of 25% of the total quote or estimated cost is required to start the work. The advance payment is only partially refundable - a 50% Research and Development charge (to the advance payment) will still apply in the case the final product is rejected or cancelled.
- The software is created and a time limited version (it will work for a fixed number of days only) will be sent to the client for review.
- Once the client is satisfied, and upon receipt of the final payment, you will receive the **fully operational and unlimited version of your software.

* Development time and cost will depend on the type of product you need. If we are currently developing a similar product (or if the software is a variation of one of our existing products) the development cost and time will be less. Some other factors include :
- Whether you will redistribute the software (this is applicable only when a complete product is developed by us). Typically we charge 8-12 times the development cost for redistribution rights. However this will also depend on the type of product (redistribution costs will be higher if the product is likely to compete directly with one of our products). The extra fees for redistribution rights are not applicable if you are simply getting a component developed as an add on to your own product.
- The development cost will cover license to use the software for personal or company internal use only. It doesn't include redistribution rights. If you wish to redistribute the software please let us know in advance (we can also provide transparent product support to your customers).
** The source codes are not supplied. It is possible to purchase some (not in every case) of the source codes on an "as is, where is" basis for your own personal use. We do not provide support for source code. Please contact us with your request to purchase source code(s).
